Do you make your own chocolate?
Yes we make most of our products on site in our kitchen at Chocolate Sensations.
Are any of your products nut/allergy free?
Unfortunately not, we are a small shop so we are unable to avoid cross contamination of ingredients.
What does ‘no sugar added’ mean?
Products are those that have No Sugar Added during processing or packaging. They do include products that contain natural sugar such as dried fruit or juice.

Within Paris Town Limits
We have our own delivery vehicle for orders within Paris city limits. Orders are delivered on the next business day and are charged an additional $5.00 for all orders independent of shipping weight. We can deliver within Paris Town limits year-round regardless of temperature.
Within Brant County Limits
We have our own delivery vehicle for orders within Brant County limits. Orders are delivered on the next business day and are charged an additional $10.00 for all orders independent of shipping weight. We can deliver within Brant County limits year-round regardless of temperature.
Ontario Orders
Ontario orders are shipped using FedEx. Canadian orders can take up from three days to a week for delivery. Please note that orders can be delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances.
Canadian Orders outside of Ontario
All Canadian Orders outside of Ontario are also shipped using FedEx. Canadian orders can take up from three days to a week for delivery. Please note that orders can be delayed or not available during the spring and summer due to hot weather.
US Orders
US orders are shipped by FedEx. US orders can take from three days to two weeks for delivery. Please note that orders can be delayed or not available during the spring and summer due to hot weather.
Easter and Christmas Seasonal Delivery
During the Easter and Christmas seasons order delivery outside of Paris city limits may take up to seven business days. It is important that you allow that much time in advance for gift ordering.

Shipping Weights
Please note that shipping weights take into account product packaging.

We do not ship in weather over 20 °C/ 68 °F because we can’t guarantee against chocolate melting. You can make special arrangements to ship if you are willing to take the chance. You can process an order for pick-up in any weather. In hot weather, we recommend that you bring a cooler to pick-up your order.
Pick-up orders must be paid for in advance.
We ship to Canada and the United States accept for Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship gift baskets and other fragile merchandise.
Our products are non-refundable.

Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee arrival of your gift in accordance with the shipping option you choose, to the addresses given on your order. We would love to work with you to customize your special event. Save 10% when you spend between $2000 & $5000. Save 20% on $5000 and over.
Do you retain my bank or credit card information?
Your banking and credit card information are not kept on file and must be resubmitted with each order.
An order can be cancelled by calling us 519.442.1616 within 24 hours of purchase.
