Charitable Giving Program Policy 

  1. Chocolate Sensations donates merchandise or gift cards for use in charitable auctions, raffles, as event prizes or giveaways.
  2. ALL recipients of donations must be a registered charity operating in and serving the residents of Brant County, Waterloo County or Wellington County in Ontario, Canada. Please note that at least 75% of approved donations will be in Brant County.
  3. Unless clearly specified, donations shall be recognized with a charitable receipt OR recognition in event marketing materials at the noted sponsorship level.
  4. Donations will have a value of $50 to $500 at the sole discretion of the owners of Chocolate Sensations.
  5. Only product or gift cards are provided. Cash sponsorships are not part of the Chocolate Sensations charitable giving program.
  6. Donations are made on a first-come, first-served basis based on an annual maximum to be established each calendar year by the owners of Chocolate Sensations.
  7. Organizations interested in receiving a donation MUST complete the online Charitable Giving Application at least 45 days in advance of the event.
  8. Applicants are invited to include additional information about the event or sponsorship, if available.
  9. Businesses or individuals purchasing a gift basket or gift card as a donation to a charitable event will receive a 20% discount
