Chocolate Sensations at your Event – Policy 

  1. On occasion, Chocolate Sensations will bring its “Sweet Ride” branded vehicle to community events and fundraisers.
  2. Staff will provide a limited number of free giveaways at the vehicle. Colouring pages or other family-friendly giveaways may also be distributed.
  3. At its discretion, Chocolate Sensations may also give away discount coupons for store purchases. However in all cases, a “free” giveaway will be included.
  4. At its discretion, Chocolate Sensations may request that event organizers secure one or two volunteers to support Chocolate Sensations staff at the events.
  5. Organizations interested in having Chocolate Sensations attend their event MUST complete the online Charitable Giving Application at least 60 days in advance of the event.
  6. Applicants are invited to include additional information about the event or sponsorship, if available.
  7. Participation in the event will be determined at the sole discretion of the owners of Chocolate Sensations based on availability and demand.
